During my time as a hydraulic technician, my main duties were to install or repair automotive lifts, air compressor systems, and oil and fluid systems. Daily assignments included the removal, and installation of automotive lifts, the repair of lifts, whether it be rebuilding cylinders or lock systems and electronics. My duties also were to install, and repair air or oil systems, in which skills needed were precise measurements, and execution of plans to ensure the correct fitment and functionality of the project.
