-Responsible for professional training of a class of about 30 fighters and leading them to complex operational competence on the Patriot system in a variety of geographic sectors, while ensuring accurate educational content.-Building lesson plans and developing new content in order to maximize concentration and learning results. Accompanying a team of instructors on the professional and instructional side: conveying new content and updates, conveying feedback during the lessons, producing insights and lessons for the next training.
