- Magestore Product Team is re-structured to Scrum Cross function team (My role is Technical Leader/ Solution Architect/ Senior Developer)- Project: Develop PWA POS. with Headless Commerce Architecture using React, Redux and REST Api- Click and collect, store logistics app with React, Redux and GraphApi- Shopify: design structure, tech stack for Magestore shopify apps : barcode, purchase order, Magestore Pos for shopify- Training New member, interview developer role- Joined Magento Community with the Maintainer role from 2020, review Pull Request from contributor on Magento Github.- Research and apply new architecture, coding standard, automation test to improve quality of the Magestore product- Make decision for product structure, product technology- Research new tech stacks to optimize the product performance.

- I started new role as Product Team Leader (Team size is about 7-10 members)- Rebuild some product with the newest technology of Magento.- Apply Automation Test using Magento 2 Testing Framework.- Build POSHub: The solution Integrate all device on WebPOS- Update POS , One Step Checkout, Inventory on Magento 2- Best Trainer of the year (Training intern and fresher developer)- Dedicated and valuable employee award from company
