Eden Fulton is a passionate public servant, creative Social Media Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, and Web Content Editor who creates neat, attractive, engaging, and minimalist output. She started her career as an Accounts Specialist in a Government-Owned and Controlled Company (GOCC) after she finished college. In 2016, she ventured as an Information Officer I at the Commission on Population and Development (POPCOM), engaging in the community to promote and cascade the programs and projects of the agency. POPCOM molded her skills in designing numerous programs, projects, and activities for information, education and communication campaigns. She manages the agency's social media accounts and website. Her work includes designing the quarterly newsletter, annual report, and other print-ready materials. She has successfully conducted various activities with partner agencies, local government units, schools, and non-government agencies within regional, provincial, city and municipal level. Currently, she works as an Information Officer III at the National Museum of the Philippines, managing the regional public programs for education and research. She innovates sustainable projects and activities that would educate and engage the community in the appreciation of the national cultural heritage. Most of her works are cost-effective and sustainable. Her work includes exhibition text editing and designing low-cost art expositions. She is also passionate in writing research studies, proofreading, and editing scholarly works of various field. She works as a commissioned writer and editor of senior high school, college, and graduate school thesis and research publications, including company research for businesses related to Science and Technology.She earned her degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in English at Western Mindanao State University in 2014. Eden is a graduate of the USAID Mindanao Project – Job Enabling English Proficiency in 2013, and one of the DICT scholars for Digital Jobs Ph in Social Media Marketing in 2019.
