Oversee an investigation by reviewing office records and confirming the proper parties are contacted. Responsible for filing timely and proper responses with coordination with the client as required.Assist in maintaining regular claim system data by updating system template letters, client parameters, auto assignment rules, changes within claims to the client/program and removing duplicate claims.
