A summary of my main responsibilities were:- production of Seanad Order Paper- recording of Divisions- processing Motions- Commencement Matters- proof reading all material to be included on the Order Paper- providing support to Plenary sittings, including preparation of folders (briefs, for use by Clerks and the Cathaoirleach)- ringing of bells and ensuring a quorum at the start of items of business- preparation of Register of Nominating Bodies- supporting the Clerk in carrying out his other statutory functions such as Seanad general and bye-elections- helping in all processes in the build up to the the Seanad General Election and counting of votes during the election count- preparation of Seanad General Election Results Handbook- recording of and development of KPIs- recording of and development of risk- processing invoices using Integra and ensuring the timely payment of all invoices- working on long term projects to assist with knowledge management- working as secretariat for Seanad Committee of Selection and Seanad Public Consultation Committee.- stakeholder management

Clerical Officer in Debates Office of the Oireachtas.Responsibilities include:- logging of committee debates.- creation and formatting of Dáil, Seanad and committee debates. Creation of PDFs and uploading of these to Oireachtas website.- formatting and indexing of Dáil and Seanad bound volumes.- processing and formatting of written answers and the creation of PDFs which are uploaded to Oireachtas website.- Liaising with Parliamentary Reporters and Editors to correct formatting and errors in the creation of XMLs and PDFs to ensure they appear properly on the Oireachtas website
