Serving as a key member of the UM Videoteam, I spearheaded diverse video projects that served as a linchpin for Maastricht University’s digital communication across various platforms including its official website and social media channels. Our efforts were pivotal in student recruitment, promoting various educational programs, and highlighting the university’s eventful agenda. My responsibilities encompassed:- Strategic Communication Consultancy: Delivered strategic counsel to ensure the video content effectively encapsulated the university’s values and our client’s key messages, thereby enhancing the narrative and overall quality of the media we produced.- Project Management and Team Coordination: As a project coordinator, I was entrusted with delegating projects to team members, ensuring seamless workflow and successful project delivery within stipulated timelines. My detail-oriented attitude ensured the seamless advancement of projects from ideation to completion. - End-to-End Video Content Creation: Oversaw the entire spectrum of video content creation from pre-production to post-production, ensuring each project resonated with the desired strategic objectives and upheld the highest quality standards.This role helped me develop my project management skills and fostered a robust foundation in overseeing complex projects with a focus on nurturing team synergy, and driving strategic communication. It has equipped me with a distinctive blend of skills that are transferable to project management roles within the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, ensuring project objectives align with technological advancements and business goals.
