Direct all technical aspects including quotes, product design and engineering new programs for grille assemblies, tailgate appliques, and body side moldings. Responsible for the engineering budget, product design and development, ergonomics and safety, prototype, testing, metrology, customer technical interface and program management in concert with staff size planning. Cascade corporate organizational objectives. Manage the continuous improvement of the engineering and program management teams with 10 direct reports while establishing accountability.
