About Eden Sowards, Ches
I grew up with an interest in wellness and after achieving my Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Health Promotion from Montana State University-Billings I worked in the healthcare and public health field for 8 years focusing in different areas of health such as tobacco prevention, healthy food access, healthy weight initiatives and community health improvement. In 2017, I also obtained a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential to further my career in health programs and education. Workplace wellness sparked my interest in college and after serving on a company wellness committee, I had a strong desire to explore workplace wellness strategies to improve the work experience of employees and company culture that supports overall well-being. I’m excited to be in my current role to support and inspire company stakeholders around Montana to identify and implement strategies that result in healthier and happier employees.
