En tant que co-fondateur, j’ai construit cette société autour d’un modèle clé en main qui permet aux propriétaires de maximiser leurs rendements sans avoir à se soucier des opérations quotidiennes. Nous optimisons la gestion des appartements en prenant en charge l’intégralité des services, du marketing à la gestion des réservations, en passant par l’accueil des voyageurs et l’entretien des biens.Notre valeur ajoutée réside dans l’automatisation des processus et l’intégration d’outils technologiques, comme la tarification dynamique, pour maximiser les profits tout en garantissant une expérience haut de gamme. What is ESSCA Entreprendre?ESSCA Entreprendre is a multi-campus association with its primary goal being to support ESSCA's entrepreneurs in various ways. The association is currently undergoing a significant transformation and has adopted a new approach compared to previous years, tailored to our new ambitions. With increased resources, an incubator in Paris, a business nursery planned for Bordeaux in 2024, numerous partnerships with local entrepreneurship stakeholders, as well as major events like Vivatech.Countless ideas originate from the minds of our students; some come to fruition, while others remain unrealized. Our objective is to ensure that every student, regardless of their project's stage, can find their place within ESSCA Entreprendre. This can be achieved through assistance from regional stakeholders, ESSCA's support, facilitating access to statuses such as "Pépite" status, and through upcoming events like "Find my cofounder" which will connect student entrepreneurs with potential partners and investors. Nevertheless, our primary goal is to create a community of entrepreneurs, encompassing both current students and alumni.Alumni form one of the cornerstones of ESSCA Entreprendre. They provide support in the form of mentoring (entrepreneurial guidance), contacts, advice (crucial for those starting out), opportunities to participate in pitch competitions with prizes at stake (Essca Alumni Prize), and the chance to increase visibility for your project.Becoming a member or supporter of the association provides the opportunity to immerse oneself in an ecosystem conducive to entrepreneurship, where one can launch their own endeavors, exchange ideas, and assist fellow students.

I am excited to share my professional journey as a Commercial and Operations Intern at Jaeger-LeCoultre in Singapore. RETAIL & OMNICHANNEL (50%)- Collaborating on Omnichannel Initiatives: I had the privilege to support various ongoing and new projects in the world of omnichannel. This included E-Commerce, Click-from-Store, Phone Sales, and the fascinating Avatar software.- Assisting Retail Operations: I actively contributed to the day-to-day activities of retail operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of our boutiques.- Elevating Retail Experiences: I played a pivotal role in planning and executing local retail activations and new projects, making sure that our customers have a memorable experience.- Data-Driven Insights: I dived into data by extracting and analyzing retail information, empowering us with valuable insights for Retail Reporting and Analytics.- Regional Collaboration: Working closely with our regional retail teams, I helped deliver monthly reporting that contributed to the growth and success of our retail operations.ACCESSORIES SUPPLY CHAIN (25%)- Streamlining Administrative Functions: I provided essential administrative and project support to enhance the efficiency of our accessories supply chain.- Boutique Inventory Management: A key part of my responsibilities included managing boutique inventory, ensuring that our products are readily available for our valued customers.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ANALYSIS (25%)- Supporting Business Growth: I was actively involved in supporting day-to-day activities related to retail, auto-replenishment, AIPL, Care Program, Retailization KPIs, booster initiatives, and reporting.- Data Insights and Incentives: I had the privilege of following up and monitoring incentives, making data-driven decisions that contributed to our business growth.- Coordination and Management: I was at the forefront of coordinating and managing various ad hoc projects, including in-depth analysis and presentations.

I held the position of Treasurer in ESSCA's Student Union, which entailed my responsibility for coordinating student events and overseeing the yearly budget assigned to the Student Union.

During this internship, I was able to participate in the sales process. Indeed, I have been in direct contact with international clients, which has allowed me to organize myself and improve my relationship with customers and to improve my English.I have acquired thanks to this internship, an experience in the back office, with the learning of how to manage a luxury store, how to make some sales report preparation and how work a Boutique inventory management. I had also to compare the different turnover between the month of the different previous years, to make sales forecast and figures to be reached every month.

As part of my first year at ESSCA, I did an internship in the marketing and merchandising department of BERLUTI for a period of 3 months, a company of the LVMH group. I was able to carry out the following missions:- Study of the competition in the luxury sector - Realization of a Benchmark on Powerpoint and Excel - Assistance in photo shooting with model- Preparation of presentation documents for theshowroom- Definition of the strategy of prices and margins ofproducts- Follow-up of the major development steps with the photo shooting, and the setting up of the showroom for the new 2022 collection

This internship in the field of media and journalism was a very rewarding first professional experience. Here are the different missions to which I was assigned: - Immersion in the editorial office- Follow-up of a team of journalists in the field,until the production, the editing and the mixing of the subject, before its broadcasting on the air.
