-Maintain updated funding schedules and subsidy debtors listing for effective grant monitoring.-Monitor fee billing and invoice payment due listing.-Review and verify student data and necessary documentation required.-Ensure all training grant and salary support claims are submitted according to the stipulated timeframe and to provide operational support.-Perform filing and archiving of students' claim documents and records.-Gather data from internal systems and external sources according to specific data needs.-Update grant payment status and ensure the disbursed amount is keyed into system promptly.-Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients.***COVER THE POSITION FOR ONE-MONTH CONTRACT ONLY.

1. Accounting-Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, bank reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.-Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.-Liaise with accounts on finance matters.-Liaise with external vendor for billing related issues.-Assist with year-end audit preparation and procedures.2. HR-Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions to relevant authorities.-Support and handle the on-boarding and off-boarding process.-To assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties such as filling, documentations, letter preparation, updating and maintaining staff’s personal data.-Involve in general HR and admin tasks.
