Working alongside companies on their journey to change the workplace and culture to create their future corporate environment.As the first Marketing Analyst at Amicus, I set up Power BI dashboards to follow up leads generation and business activity. I produced market researches and competitive analysis to identify market trends and orientate decision making in the company. Power BI is a suite of business analytics tools to analyze data and share insights (part of the Office 365 Suite). Power BI can be connected to different data sources (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Hubspot, SQL Server Databases ...) and the final dashboards provide a 360-degree view for business users with their most important metrics in one place, updated in real time and available on all of their devices.

COLDINNOV is an innovative startup created in 2012 that develops a new generation of cold production technology. Within the team of 15 people, I was in charge of the marketing and communication for the company. I developed communication & marketing tools, managed partnerships, coordinated organisation of trade shows and conducted market studies to help the Management in their decision making. COLDINNOV also markets photovoltaic refrigeration and freezing solutions (FREECOLD), mostly sold in Africa. We were 2 people in charge of this business unit. An engineer was in charge of the fabrication while I managed the sourcing of goods, orders, sales and delivery.

I worked at the heart of Hachette Jeunesse marketing department for two years. I was involved into all marketing and communication projects of the department. I worked as a real interface between sales teams and publishers. I conducted market studies, market analyses and competitive intelligence, managed promotional operations, launched new products, developed products’ promotion and partnerships, designed commercial and communication tools and designed the new website for the department. I had the opportunity to work at Hachette Canada to organise Montreal’s book fair during one month at the end of October 2014. This internship was made possible thanks to the strong support of my manager, the HR department and the openness of the team in Montreal.
