In my role as IT Leader for LATAM, I oversee and align local plans across seven locations,ensuring they meet business expectations and group policies. I also serve as the main pointof contact for Corporate IT, collaborating on new projects and enhancing existing onesacross LATAM. My responsibilities include directing daily IT operations, offering guidance, andaligning local processes and projects with global strategies. Ultimately, my focus is on creatinga unified and efficient end-user experience to support our business objectives.
