Servus & Hi, I am Günter and I am from the beautiful Tyrol, Austria.Together with my parents, we run our apartment house in Ebbs, a village known for the World Haflinger Horse Show and the idyllic Kaisertal valley.My roots are in tourism and the hospitality industry. After training as a restaurant specialist in Tyrol, I went on to pursue a career in the upscale hotel industry. I improved my skills in banquet service during my stay in Scandinavia (Finland) and deepened my understanding of upscale table service.Parallel to my gastronomic career, I also became interested in new technologies such as blockchain and virtual reality. But my commitment to "Brillos" is especially important to me. Since June 2019, I have been supporting this association from Kufstein, Austria, which promotes social and medical projects in Bolivia, South America, with a big heart. It is a fulfilling experience that enriches me personally.

Together with Tobias, we ran the exclusive "Gourmet Lounge", a separate dining and drinking area. Wagyu beef, fresh octopus, caviar and the best wines from all over the world were served. Our highlight was to do many things at the guest's table, including marinating a classic beef tartare or flambéing a crepe suzette.

After more visits as a "tourist" and after my training in Austria, I got the opportunity to take the next step as "Commis de Rang" at the beautiful Katisten Kartano, with incredibly talented staff and an incredible owner.
