I am an agronomist, Master and Ph.D. in Agronomy: Genetics, Biotechnology and Plant breeding with a strong background in field trials planning, experimental statistic, with wide familiarity in the use of different models of genotype x environment interaction analysis, plants physiology, phytopathology, and crop protection.I have fifteen years of professional experience in the Plant Breeding, Research and Development and production of Sugarcane, soybean and corn, acting in strategic positions and leadership in large national and multinational companies.Detailed knowledge in sugar cane varieties management, sugarcane diseases, nurseries planning and analysis and interpretation of phenotypic data and final characterization of genotypes from Multi-locations.Experience in budget and goals elaboration and monitoring in Research and Development.Hight frequency of participation in both technical and commercial events as a technical leader or lecturer of topics related to genetics and plant breeding, varieties release, sugarcane and energy cane varieties planning and management.In the last two years, I have been working with sugarcane, soybean, and corn production at Santa Helena Farm, where, besides working with production management, I also have to interact directly with Industries in the commercialization and as a technical advisor at a Sugar Mill (Cooperval Sugar Mill).In terms of Skills, team working, solving problems, result orientation, the capacity to deal with multi-task and persevering, are my strong personal skills.
