I'm a Principal Software Engineer and Architect at Red Hat of Business Automation (Drools/jBPM/Kogito/Serverless Logic) tooling teams.Currently, I'm driving the execution of the Multiplying Architecture, a set of patterns, techniques, and libraries that, using micro frontends and some innovative backend services, allow for the re-use of the tooling component in different distribution mediums.Such an architecture enables the Business Automation product line to offer the best native experience of GUI components (Editors and Views) on VS Code (Serverless Logic, BPMN, and DMN), Web (dmn.new and bpmn.new), Desktop, and directly integrated them on GitHub (Chrome Extension).

In his most important project, has architected and developed a back-office system for the largest Foreign Exchange Bank of Brazil, going from first deploy to 20k operations and 450k requests per day running in a 20-node JBoss AS cluster. Was able to disrupt and innovate in this otherwise conservative environment by moving all financial-balance logic to Drools to a clustered architecture, complemented by financial DSLs in Google Docs Spreadsheets. I worked in an ERP used by several cities in the state of Sao Paulo. I also worked as an architect, tech lead, analyst and developer (Struts, JSF, EJB, Hibernate, JPA, JBoss, Web Services, Oracle, MySql). I also taught the staff as a JEE instructor and provide technical consulting for the customers.
