Graduated in Foreign Trade since 2014 and starting a career as an intern in 2012, my career was all developed in export functions, with the idea of ​​presenting the quality of Brazilian products worldwide.The first step was in a customs broker in which I worked from the internship to the export analyst, going through all the stages of the sector, including draft issuance, issuance of certificates and documents relevant to export, contact with cargo agents, customers at origin and destination, freight quote, sea, air and road shipments and also special shipments such as temporary exports for repair and returns of condemned pallets.I worked in the export document sector in a shipping agency, a brief period of 8 months that consolidated some doubts about the function and the segment.And finally, Trading company, starting with customer service, meeting the demand of local and international customers, making contact with the management of shipments and meeting the pre-arranged schedule in the contract, cargo quotation with cargo agents, shipping and conference of documents, financial payment charges, contacts with exporters and importers to meet the specific demand of each customer. After an opportunity, taking over the company's internal export sector, working in the heart of the export operation, having contact with suppliers, cargo agents, terminals, carriers, customs broker, making the flowchart for charging the delivery of orders until the sending of the documents abroad to the importer and also via Bank / LC.Personally, I see these three pillars as the basis for export, gaining operational and analytical knowledge across the entire export-based service chain.
