Successfully led TLO through a seven month Chapter 11 process, resulting in a 363 Asset Sale to TransUnion for $154 million. This was one of the most successful bankruptcy deals of the year, with all creditors paid in full and substantial dollars flowing to equity holders. TLO is a technological and data-fusion powerhouse specializing in custom, scalable investigative and risk management tools for due diligence, threat assessment, identity authentication, fraud prevention, fraud detection and more.
