- Supervised and managed regional sales/operations teams in the Southern region of Baobab Zimbabwe, comprising of 6 branches and over 50 staff, where I constantly realised given targets and productivity projections.- Business development and extending Baobab's financial services to new SMEs and markets within the southern region of Zimbabwe.- Grew credit portfolio (volume and number) by 300% within first 2 years after acquisition of former Mikroking Finance Pvt, Zimbabwe.- Maintained effective risk management in lending operations, with high quality Portfolio at Risk (PAR>30 less than 1%)- Product owner for new product development including Salary Based Loans for government employees, loan management system- Co-designed and managed the implementation of a centralised back office framework and a centralised electronic file archiving system- Recruitment and training of 40 portfolio managers, client advisors, auditors, compliance officers and branch managers

- Streamlined the credit procedures, loan documentation and operations policies for Baobab Zimbabwe after the acquisition of Microking Finance Private Limited- Creation of training materials for Microcred Zimbabwe Operations- Trained over 100 operations and management staff on credit risk assessment and management- Redesigned Baobab Zimbabwe's loan forms/creation of some loan tool - Product owner and trainer on electronic loan analysis tools and Baobab's mobile application

- Served as local project manager/ product owner for preparation and deployment of Equipment loans for Baobab Nigeria, with support from Kelvin Kennedy of Clearcape Consulting, and Paul Karsenti project manager from Microcred Group. - Served as local project manager for the Building and Home improvement loans for Baobab Nigeria with support from financial inclusion expert, Bezant Chongo of Positive Planet International.- Managed sourcing, evaluation and selection of suppliers for the Equipment and Housing loans project for Baobab Nigeria, in addition, I managed the successful preparation of the pilot phase, and full implementation of the product launch- Conducted weekly product performance analysis, review and reporting for operations management- Created training materials and conducted training of over 200 staff on Equipment and Housing loans products

- As pioneer SME officer, I helped to develop the SME portfolio of Baobab Nigeria, and conducted training for over 50 new SME officers and Senior loan officers in Baobab Nigeria- Helped in formulating procedures and method for SME business evaluations and loan file documentation- I developed new business connections, recruited new SME clients and managed a SME loan portfolio of over $500k- I developed a quality SME savings portfolio, with a loans-to-savings ratio of about 50%
