- Served as local project manager/ product owner for preparation and deployment of Equipment loans for Baobab Nigeria, with support from Kelvin Kennedy of Clearcape Consulting, and Paul Karsenti project manager from Microcred Group. - Served as local project manager for the Building and Home improvement loans for Baobab Nigeria with support from financial inclusion expert, Bezant Chongo of Positive Planet International.- Managed sourcing, evaluation and selection of suppliers for the Equipment and Housing loans project for Baobab Nigeria, in addition, I managed the successful preparation of the pilot phase, and full implementation of the product launch- Conducted weekly product performance analysis, review and reporting for operations management- Created training materials and conducted training of over 200 staff on Equipment and Housing loans products

- As pioneer SME officer, I helped to develop the SME portfolio of Baobab Nigeria, and conducted training for over 50 new SME officers and Senior loan officers in Baobab Nigeria- Helped in formulating procedures and method for SME business evaluations and loan file documentation- I developed new business connections, recruited new SME clients and managed a SME loan portfolio of over $500k- I developed a quality SME savings portfolio, with a loans-to-savings ratio of about 50%
