I served as Director of Operations for the AFROTC Southeast Region. In this capacity, I was responsible for the Region's day-to-day operations for over 225 officers and NCOs and over 4,000 officer candidates. I developed plans and policies and allocated manpower & resources for 38 geographically separated units in 9 states and Puerto Rico. Additionally, I provided procedural oversight and guidance to unit commanders & staff in the execution of Headquarters Air University policies & instructions. I also served as the Region’s site visit team lead where I evaluated education, leadership training, recruiting, curricula and grading procedures for the 38 AFROTC detachments within the Region.

Macdill Afb

I served on a six-month state-side deployment to US Central Command (US CENTCOM) as the Afghanistan Desk Officer for the J5 Security Cooperation Branch. I executed Combatant Command objectives by enabling the Afghanistan National Defense Security Forces to procure and field combat-capable equipment. Additionally, I analyzed data, synthesized results which enabled me to provide key talking points on Afghanistan related policy topics to USCENTCOM/CC.

I served as the Inspector General for the Jeanine M. Holm Center. In this capacity I acted as an extension of the Holm Center commander and primarily conducted complaint resolution for and proactively trained over 155 commanders and members of the Holm Center organization about IG processes and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) issues. Additionally, I investigated allegations of reprisal under the under the Military Whistleblower’s Protection Act.

Tuskegee University

I served as the Commander of Air Force ROTC Detachment 015, Tuskegee University. I led, directed and managed a 6-member AFROTC unit that administered a college-level officer training program to prospective students seeking a commission. I served as the senior Air Force officer at a geographically separated unit—an ultimately determined who is commissioned in the United States Air Force. Additionally, I served as Chair of the Department of Aerospace Studies with university status of full professor where I coordinated AFROTC programs with the faculty and staff at Tuskegee University. I was responsible for instructing a curriculum covering the Foundations of the USAF, AF History, Leadership and National Security Affairs. I was also responsible for ensuring cadets met all experiential learning objectives through the proper oversight of leadership laboratory

Responsible for the security assistance mission, specifically managed foreign military sales cases in excess of eight billion dollars. Cases designed to provide support to Iraq’s pilot production, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance collection, airlift operations, air traffic controller production and command and control for Iraqi air space. Additionally, fostered international relations by personally engaging with Iraqi Air Force and Air Defence Flag Officer and senior Government of Iraq officials to develop critical capabilities enabling Iraq’s national defense and air sovereignty

Directs over 120 government and contractor personnel in executing a $2.5B budget to develop, integrate, test, field and sustain mission planning capability supporting 40+ US Mission Design Series aircraft and those of 38 international partner nations.
