Key achievements included: Creating the vision, defining and documenting project objectives and identifying issues to build towards innovative whole-of-government management of human capital in support of transformational change arising from GOL and other initiatives; Achieving interdepartmental buy-in, developing an integrated HR Framework (encompassing staffing, development, job structure, etc.) to manage 15,000+ IT workers across government; initiating a unique approach that is successfully building leadership capacity and accelerating adaptation to policy-driven change; leading the identification of a community of some 30,000 service delivery specialists and developing tools to recruit, develop, and sustain communities of practice; Conducting research and analysis and advising senior executives on the development of new operational requirements and on the operational implications; Directing a portfolio of capacity-building initiatives and advising Treasury Board ministers on policies and priorities and reviewing funding requests on a range of IT, IM and service delivery initiatives; providing advice to Treasury Board on IM and IT policy development.

Acted as Lead Architect responsible for repositioning Canada Savings Bonds operations to a customer-focused organization.
