In addition, in his capacity as CEO or President, Fish:• Led two acquisitions that expanded product offerings and led to consumer media division. • Established strategic relationships/JVs with Neusoft, China’s largest IT services company, Microsoft, Dell, International Baccalaureate, National Geographic and the Smithsonian.• Grew high growth business, including > 100% revenue and user growth (FY ’11 vs FY ’12).• Drove private financing rounds and IPO offering on Toronto Exchange (TSX-v: CKT).

As SVP of AOL's “Premium & Subscription Services” and Alternative Broadband units, Fish managed a team of ~100 professional and grew the business from 0 - >1M monthly subscribers (and ~$20M in annualized revenue) in an 18-month period. In that regard, he conceptualized, co-created and managed the launch of 12+ products in 2 years in Security, Media/Music & Education sectors and launched AOL's first “non-member” billing system.

As SVP Desktop Messaging, Fish managed AOL's Instant Messenger and ICQ business units, turning those groups from -$18M Ebitda to +$35M Ebitda in 24 months, while tripling user engagement. In that regard, his teams: created collaborative games, paid download, and video ad revenue lines for the consumer side of the business; and started an enterprise messaging business including API licensing for applications such as IBM SameTime, Microsoft Live Communications; WebEx and for wireless carriers (GroupTalk™). . In connection with a novel use of IM Bots paired with syndication TV Show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Fish was Nominated for Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement for Interactive Television (‘04/05).

Fish joined InterTrust as its 13th employee, partnering with founder Victor Shear (and many others) to take InterTrust from start-up to a Nasdaq-traded company, ultimately acquired by Sony and Philips in 2002. From 1996 - 2002 Fish also served on the Board of Directors for the Company. As Senior Operating officer, Fish led productization and operations efforts for the first global DRM deployment; and helped establish the Company's operations, marketing, business development and other departments. Fish actively participated in InterTrust's IPO and secondary offerings (led by CS First Boston), which raised more than $250M. Finally, Fish's responsibilities in Corporate Development & legal included InterTrust’s patent creation and licensing efforts including widespread licensing throughout the industry.

Ed practiced in Weil's Trade Regulation Group, focusing on Intellectual Property litigation, licensing and strategic transactions. Among other things, Ed represented Genentech in its patent, trade secret and antitrust litigation with Eli Lilly and the University of California over inventions which helped launch the Biotech industry, including recombinant insulin and growth hormone. Mr. Fish also assisted the firm in opening its offices in Silicon Valley in the early 1990s, representing a number of global and emerging growth companies in IP and technology transactions.
