Ed is on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and President of the Los Angeles Chapter of CABB, a bi-weekly columnist for the the Business Press Journal column "Business Marketplace" and a guest lecturer at Cal Poly Pomona State University of California on topics such as "Mergers & Acquisitions in the US" and "Valuation of Intellectual Property".
