Supervise Music, Performing, Visual and Practical Arts teachers and programs for K-12 District of 4500 students in Northern NJ. Directly responsible for Hiring and Personnel, Budgeting and Purchasing, Scheduling, Instructional Leadership and Coaching, Professional Development, Curriculum Development and Project Management. Directed strings program at 3 different elementary schools. Create lessons schedule, teach lessons, direct large ensemble rehearsals, increased enrollment, select appropriately challenging repertoire, numerous annual performances.

Substantially revised curriculum. Introduced recorder instruction. Previous teacher retired, and left very little material. Virtually recreated elementary general program. Directed Middle School Band

Managed all orchestral, chamber and recital performances at Juilliard Recital Halls, Juilliard Theater, and Juilliard Performances at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully and Avery Fisher Hall. Directed daily and long term operations of a concert and box office managing over 400 events/season.
