The transition was seamless as the service industry was a natural fit for Ed. As he likes to say, “connecting with people from any walk of life is what I do best. My favorite hobby is collecting people.” Amassing a database of over 10,000 contacts of influential and interesting people, Ed quickly realized the power and potential of this “list.” In 2007, Ed decided to once again make a career pivot as he moved into the world of residential real estate.
