As CEO, I am responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees, as well as implementing standards and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our team. I also delegate workload responsibilities, prepare and review bi-monthly reports, and provide oversight on each client as a critical part of our proprietary Individualized Solutions Workflow process. Additionally, I am responsible for direct ongoing client-facing interaction, consistently upholding our commitment to providing high-level care customized to the individual needs of our clients.

In this role, I had the opportunity to contact clients and their families to assist with all aspects of the Medicaid application process. This included helping clients set up Pooled Trusts to legally shelter income for the purpose of qualifying for Medicaid. I also prepared Medicaid applications for submission to HRA and other Departments of Social Services throughout New York State, and was responsible for tracking these applications from submission to approval. Through this work, I have gained extensive experience in navigating the Medicaid application process and helping clients access the resources they need.
