Serves as the Facilities and Construction officer at America's First Corps consisting of one (1) Infantry Division, two (2) Stryker Brigade Combat Teams, one (1) Combat Aviation Brigade, a Fires Brigade, an Engineer Brigade, a Military Police Brigade, a Military Intelligence Brigade, a Multi-Domain Task Force and a Expeditionary Support Command. Responsible for planning, coordinating, synchronizing, monitoring, controlling, and assessing policies and procedures of facilities and construction projects for the command's subordinate units supporting JBLM, Washington and other operational and contingency operations across the spectrum of Army, Joint, and Interagency operations. Responsible for monitoring the facilities posture of the subordinate divisions, commands, and brigades and analyzes the Corps' facilities readiness status. Responsible for providing feedback and proposals to the Commanding General regarding FORSCOM stationing actions and the facilities infrastructure posture that enables force projection into the Indo-Pacific theater.

Fort Shafter, Hawaii

Served as the USARPAC Global Force Manager (GFM) in coordination with the Future Operations Branch Chief of the USARPAC Operations Division. Coordinated rotational force and emergent requirements with O-4/5 and GS-13/14 action officer in the Joint Staff, HQDA, USINDOPACOM, USFORSCOM, I Corps, 8th Army and other assigned units. Developed and led the annual Global Force Management Allocation Plan requirements and sourcing solutions utilizing contingency plans, current operational environments, and senior leader guidance that inform national, defense, joint and Army processes to balance the risk between mission requirements and force readiness. Developed internal tracking systems to manage the query of USARPAC’s force requirements for USINDOPACOM assigned and allocated forces. Briefed flag officers within USARPAC, USINDOPACOM, HQDA, FORSCOM, & Joint Staff, on USARPAC Global Force Management annual force requirements and emergent requests for forces (RFF). Developed programming requirements for the Army’s multi-domain task force units to be assigned to USINDOPACOM in coordination with the USARPAC G5, USINDOPACOM GFM, FORSCOM, HQDA, & Joint Staff.

Serves as the Construction Engineering Technician for the Division Engineer Section, 1st Calvary Division. Responsible for providing construction, survey and design, and utility engineering expertise across the broad spectrum of engineer operations. Provides technical advice on military construction, troop construction, and facilities management. Monitors the condition of over 200 facilities that supports units assigned under the 1st Calvary Division. Assists in the management of the Division's facility plan and priorities for both the current and future footprint. Manages space allocations throughout the Division footprint and ensures subordinate units have adequate facilities to execute operations and training. Liaisons with Department of Public Works master planners on area development planning for Fort Hood. Monitors environmental compliance and implements Fort Hood environmental guidance for all division facilities. Serves as the Division Energy Conservation Officer and monitors program compliance.

Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

Served as the Construction Management Officer for the 29th BEB (Brigade Engineer Battalion), 3IBCT. Responsible for the oversight of the brigade’s construction projects, which include supervising, directing and managing of construction plan development and code specification compliance. Served as the Brigades Department of Public Works (DPW) liaison officer; synchronizing the Brigades garrison facilities, renovation projects with DPW future renovation plans cell. Coordinate with Brigades construction assets and civil agencies to ensure construction equipment and materials required for construction projects are managed properly during all phases of the project. Provides quality control on all Battalion construction projects; Responsible for establishing Bill of Material requirements and project budget estimates for all brigade construction projects.

Yongsan-Gu, Seoul, Korea

Served as the 65th Medical Brigade Maintenance Officer; planned, organized, and executed field maintenance of wheeled vehicles, power generation systems, power driven chemical equipment and provided power systems generation to 65th Medical Brigade and four direct reporting Battalion units. Managed shop calibration requirements, unit Modification Work Orders and Safety out of Use Message programs. Prepared Army Materiel Status System readiness reports, writes and updates internal maintenance standard operating procedures. Managed scheduling of periodic maintenance services; established internal procedures to receive issue, verify, and store all CLIX parts . Responsible for the overall supervision of all maintenance operations and equipment readiness of 500 pieces of ground support equipment to include generators, equipment cooling units, High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicles, and Light Mobility Tactical Vehicles; responsible for the health, morale and combat readiness of 6 mid level mangers and 22 low level managers; responsible for the accountability of property valued at $16,279,623.

Construction Engineer technician for a sixty Soldier vertical engineer platoon under the 643rd Engineer Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, Schofield Barracks HI. Responsible for all construction, repair and maintenance projects from planning to completion. Supervises, directs and advises all assigned military construction projects in support of Schofield Barracks, 25th Infantry Division local community.Supervised the construction, repair and maintenance of wood frame, steel frame, concrete, pre-engineered structures, interior plumbing, water/sewage distribution systems and emplacement of interior electrical systems. Performed project management of troop construction projects in garrison environment as well as in the Pacific region. Interpreted plans and specifications, created construction work schedules. Verified bills of material, modifications to plans, and implemented quality control programs for multiple construction projects. Provided quality assurance and quality control on military, and troop construction.

Served as the Senior Construction Supervisor for the Directorate of Public Works for Base Support Battalion-North. Assisted the DPW Director in supervisor the public works portion of the installation service support contract worth over $14.5 million in real property to include the processing of emergency, urgent and routine service orders. Manage on provided oversight on the quality assurance/ quality control on all minor construction projects throughout the Northern Camps. Responsible for the procurement and management of all Blank Purchase Agreements and Government Purchase Card (GPC) purchases.
