Complete agency request for microfilm hardcopies and keep a daily record of completed requests,record and complete a daily trs(time reporting summary). Delivers boxes of supplies to Gibson Blvd, Strawberry Square, and Brookwood Street. Attaches one copy of the work order to the boxes of supplies for receipt purposes. Lifts boxes of supplies and furniture weighing 25-90 pounds or more. Accompanies truck drivers to field offices to pick up and deliver forms, furniture and other supplies. Loads and unloads trucks Moves furniture or office equipment during reorganization or renovations. Shovels snow and salts walkways and steps during winter months. Acts as backup to messenger if needed. During tax season, may be asked to go to other floors or bureaus for priority pickups. Provides effective customer service to internal and external customers by providing prompt, accurate and courteous service and developing effective and professional working relationships. Adheres to the PA. Department of Revenue s Tax Confidentiality Agreement at all times. Performs other duties as required.
