· Answer customer and client phone calls who are seeking IT support.· Create, track and submit work order tickets so clients and customers can track progress of their request.· Process phone orders and coordinate with vendors to resolve client’s IT problems including but not limited to business applications, troubleshooting, installing and/or upgrading software and/or hardware.· Create, input, and maintain all asset inventory of equipment available for users and deployment.· Schedule sending out technicians to assist clients with service request.· Maintain a professional attitude while assisting frustrated and irate end users with their IT needs.

· Create work orders for customers to order parts for client’s machines. · Communicate with customer by phone call to verify and/or notify them of work that needs to be done, progress updates or inform them of any issues or problems.· Maintained a work quota resolving problems in a timely manner with a positive outcome.· Ensure customer satisfaction was kept the highest priority at all times.· Coordinated with manufactures to replace parts or machines if they are still under the manufacturer warranty.

Repair laptops and desktops from both Apple and Windows machines. Terminating and cross connecting data lines for small to medium businesses, stack and racking switches. Software installations and troubleshooting 1st and 2nd tier levels.
