 Provide leadership and direction of the QC department in the dissemination of quality assurance system to meet customer requirement and regulatory needs.  Support the achievement of the company Quality objectives and goals by directing and monitoring quality assurance personnel, developing methods, techniques, and quality assurance/control policies and procedures.  Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control programs designed to ensure continuous production processes  Meeting Customers for any quality related issues and together with Engineering / Fabrication team formulate and provide necessary corrective actions Formulate continuous improvement program together with QC/ Engineering / Fabrication team Provide Quality performance monthly report to the Management  Discuss and disseminate with QC, Fabrication and Engineering for any Customer requirements, standards specification and Quality issues  Perform Quality Audit of our affiliated outsource & subcontractor business partner to verify the Quality Management System alignment with JOS Circuit

Responsible in Work Area Lay-outing Plan including Process & Equipment designResponsible in sourcing and qualification of all the machine & equipment needed for production.Responsible in necessary upgrading of existing machines and equipment. Coordinate with the Supplier for the installation, training and any technical concerns arises during operation
