In charge of the procurement, distribution, warehousing, and inventory control for utility based solar inverters in the United States

- Responsible for the largest operation in the Northwestern United States. - Led a team of over 80 people in a warehousing environment that required teamwork and cooperation. - Reduced the cycle time of an operation by 1.5 hours through employee engagement, work flow analysis, and communication with service centers across the U.S for direct loading to destination – resulted in a saving of 80+ labor hours per day. - Implemented the 5S’s in a warehouse environment that lead to improved employee morale, facility cleanliness and overall building safety. - Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution of employees. - Support in the training and implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operating plans that support optimum performance.- Ensure that measurable "standards & expectations" for each position in departments are written and updated frequently.

- Ensure that Standard Operating Plans (SOP's) are current and complete (unload schedule, start times, facility diagrams, etc.) for each package center and area of responsibility.- Design effective job setups to perform the job safely and productively.- Implement Work Measurement in various UPS facilities to fully maximize the facility and it’s employees.- Work in partnership with upper management to make sure our business goals are met (99% on time, BSC, $/pkg, sales/cost).- Perform site visits and “go look” activities and work in the operation to monitor, train, audit, and teach result oriented methods and practices which comply with established measurement and operating guidelines. Document and review exceptions.
