My first thought was that he would be to theoretical and not offer the hands experience that we needed. I will proudly say today that I was entirely wrong Edgar was the most hands on and dedicated person that I have ever worked with. Edgar was diplomatic and well-liked by all of his direct reports and he is highly respected by all of his fellow colleagues. Edgar is a great individual!"
