I have 18 years of experience in the education space including time as a teacher's aid, junior high art facilitator, volleyball coach, and the last 9 years as a junior high teacher of record.I spent 9+ years after high school in the food service industry and to this day continue to apply the customer service principles I learned when I first started. My master's degree courses carried an emphasis on curriculum development and design which has empowered me to create original and engaging lessons that make learning stick.I am extremely comfortable with technology of all kinds and quickly learn how to use it to maximize efficiency. Using my eye for design, I've created detailed programs, creative videos, informative slideshow presntations, and simple websites to communicate information to students and families.
