•Acted as client’s representative to safeguard client’s interest and oversaw complete project cycle from project initiation, design, procurement, and construction.•Took on the role as on-site Project Manager, Construction Manager and Contract Administrator in Main Contract to handle contract associated works including certifying payment, assessing claims and resolve disputes.•Performed design and value management and lead the consultant team including architect, engineers, and quantity surveyor to deliver the project on time and within budget.•Liaised with various stakeholders such as board members, facilities management, and anchored customers to ensure all the requirements are incorporated in the design.•Advised consultants and contractor procurement strategies based on project scale, handover schedule, and efficiency in management of vendors.•Reviewed construction tender documents, drawings, specifications to ensure the tenders are commercially sound and no gaps between various contracts.•Prepared and monitor project cash flow projection for overall project cycle.•Closely monitored the construction progress and quality to provide early alert to the stakeholders.
