• Place orders for motor and MWD parts for both facilities.• Do daily cycle counts on different mud motor and mwd components to ensure and prevent any discrepancies.• Maintain proper quantities of inventory for mud motors and MWD to ensure that no company assets are down. • Communicate with vendors on tracking shipments, ordering, backorders as well as comparing prices and quality of parts. • Experience with the Nomac tracking system to make sure a purchase order gets closed or find out what needs to be done to close outstanding tickets. • Ensure that serialized items are not duplicated in Houston shop as well as the Oklahoma facility. • Sign out all parts with information including job numbers and motor numbers, to help with tracking all items ensuring they are properly expensed.

• Supervise a night crew assuring tools are assembled and disassembled properly, safely and in a timely manner.• Communicate with Tool Coordinators and DD’s on getting tools that are needed.• Shipping tools assuring they get to proper location. • Ensuring assembly/disassembly paper work is properly filled out before the end of each shift.

• Assemble and disassemble directional drilling motors using Taylor Oilfield break out unit. • Q.C motor parts and fix repairable parts (i.e. Threads, Shoulders, Faces…)• Accurately measure various motor components using precision tools.• Maintain logs to track performance of components supplied by different vendors (Components such as redial bearings, stators, rotors, ball bearings…)

• Q.C. all new and re-worked parts.• Evaluate inspected parts as re-usable, repairable or damaged beyond repair.• Assemble and disassemble directional drilling motors. (Maintaining accurate logs and paperwork)• Bore scope and measure power sections.• Safely maintain and operate shop equipment. (Fork lift, Overhead cranes, NOV Torque Master…)

• Maintain and manage Certified State Inspection Station. (Keep track of all Inspection stickers; maintain organization of all vehicle records…)• Road test and write quality report on new vehicle inventory.• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
