Design and Release Engineer with +14years of experience in automotive industry as Audio-Infotainment / IVI Systems and Electronics Systems. Responsible for current production maintenance, pre-launch and advance engineering to achive safe launch.Coordinate design studio, vehicle development, suppliers, wiring, and other design departments to ensure high quality design execution that meets the required functional requirements. Usage of the NX-CAD systems to check the design & engineer component parts to achieve systems and vehicle performance targets. Crossfunctional work to secure project Quality, Time and Cost. Support physical builds in the Pilot plant and in the vehicle assembly plant. Team work coolaboration to determine root cause and short and long term corrective actions for issues discovered during development. Conduct studies based on the eye point to determine the layout of the Radio/Head Unit as LCD, Screen, HMI, switches, knobs etc., to set the optimum viewing direction and ergonomic operation. Work directly with human engineering team to evaluate and establish the audio components layout considering user friendliness, ergonomic performance and operability based on standards. Responsible to analyze J.D. Power and Qualityn (customer claims) data base to develop solutions to increase the vehicle performance and IQS score.Quick and continuous improvement required for quality MIS/IQS indicators in the markets.
