Manage the purchase of all F&B and non-food items for the hotel through the company's key purchasing supplier and other key vendors. Forecast operational needs and schedule deliveries accordingly to meet the hotel's operational requirements.Manage and maintain hotel inventory levels; ensue month-end inventory levels are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure appropriate levels are maintained which minimize waste and maximize ration turnover of perishable items.Prepares monthly F&B product price analysis reports and reviews with Executive Chef, Director F&B and Director of Finance.Maintains F&B storerooms and itmes in storerooms to comply w/ DOH requirements.Performs HR functions for staff including recruiting, training scheduling, PTO requests, coaching and staff development.
