• Responsible for engineering design, development, and supervision of production of a variety of facade systems on a full range of state of the art equipment. • Maintaining project deadlines and budget on over 70 successfully installed architectural facades with revenues over $10,000,000 in a young innovative fast pace company. • Planning project production through ERP software Syteline and Excel BOM creation. • Validating and optimizing designs through prototypes and FEA, designing custom Grasshopper scripts to automate and ensure consistency of cut file creation, generating cut files for BySprint Fiber Laser, Zund Cutter, Hass and MultiCam CNC Routers, Hass CNC Lathe, TRUMPF TruPunch, Bend Programs for Bystronic Xpert Press Brakes, drafting fabrication drawings for use in production. • Implementing Kanban to manage and improve the manufacturing process for existing production lines in collaboration with Production Design team and Production Staff. • Closing the feedback loop by acting as a quality assurance point of contact for Production Staff on the shop floor.
