Define the overall market entry strategy for the unique micro 3D metal printing technology. Our printing technology does allow the 3D direkt metal print at micron and submicron scale.

- Business Development: establishment and restructuring of affiliated companies and build up the team to open up new markets.- Business Development: Analysis of potential business areas and product groups. Responsible for the implementation within the group.- Market requirement: merging, analysis and evaluation of country-specific market requirements and customer needs and translating them into product features.- Product strategy: Responsible for the market positioning of the HYUNDAI products in the entire group (pricing and product strategy).- Portfolio and Product Management: Responsible for product-related activities over the product life cycle (development to Phase Out). Internationalization of the entire product portfolio.- Supplier Management: Responsible for the selection of production partners, contract and price negotiations and coordination of product development with them.- License Management: Contract negotiations with HYUNDAI, Korea about country-specific licensing and trademark usage rights.

- Lead and manage the product management department (2 Product Managers, 1 Project Manager)- Coordination of all product -related activities across the entire product life cycle- Defining the PECVD Product strategy under consideration of the company technology strategy and alignment to overall factory performance criterias- Development of the Product Roadmap for multiple high tech eqipments (develoment and execution)- Define and specify development projects in therms of targets, costs and ressources under consideration of the available ressources and priorities- Sales negotiation with international customer and support of the sales team (global)
