With a decade of professional expertise as Executive Director at two Symphony Orchestras in the USA and a Foundation in Mexico, as well as over six years as the CEO of his own private enterprise, Edgar has successfully led teams of up to 120 people and has been able to use his private sector experience to accomplish major achievements in the non-profit world. An active citizen with a pragmatic approach for solving problems, Edgar has managed revenues of up to USD $20M and was able to sell parts of his private business for a seven-figure exit, just before the pandemic hit.
