After 15 years activity in sales, marketing and development in the field of automation, robotic and testing machines, I decided to create my own company.Hejatex GmbH was founded in Straubing/Bavaria in January 2002 under the name MLT GmbH as a distribution company for the supply of conveyor belt fasteners. The company started the development and manufacturing of vulcanizing presses for rubber belts in 2009 and heating presses for thermoplastic belts in 2014. After intensive investment in R&D, the company changed its name in Hejatex GmbH and introduced new products at the end of 2016. In a first step the patented vulcanizing material Multiface® was introduced, mainly for the splicing and repair of conveyor belts. Now Hejatex GmbH offers following products and components:- Vulcanizing presses for rubber conveyor belts- Heating presses for thermoplastic belts- Tools for belt maintenance - Multiface®, a hybrid vulcanizing material and reactive adhesive - Multi-EP, an Epoxy-based adhesive, used as metal primer or high-end anti-corrosion coating- Multi-PE/PP, an Acryl-based adhesive for the bonding of Polyethylenes (HDPE, UHMWPE)- Ester Bio, a cleaning agent without solventsIn all cases, our target is to develop products with the highest level of safety and providing unique advantages and performance.
