practical experience in Monitoring and Evaluation activities through performing different Health information systems particularly in Data Quality Assessments, Research, and data entry to governmental and Non-governmental health projects funded by PEPFAR particularly in areas of HIV AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment, PMTCT, Male Circumcision and Gender-Based Violence programs. Over the past 7 years I have acquired adequate knowledge, good performance, and interpersonal skills and be able to handle HIV program assignments in the office and during the field by conducting logistics, Interviews, assessments, analysis, site debriefing, report writings, developing guidelines, procedures, protocols and provide capacity building to relevant staff with M&E responsibilities at service delivery points where data originated and across levels of the reporting system. Likewise been able to perform Data Quality Assessments across reporting levels, be able to provide technical support to CTC2 database, onsite mentorship support, to provide a clear definition of indicators for clear understanding and how are collected by national and PEPFAR requirement, Coordinating different M&E activities, preparing narrative reports during SAPR/APR reporting period
