Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

- Responsible for functional leadership and coordination of all passenger processes at the airport- Far-reaching powers with the respect to deployment of people and resources during process interruptions or emergencies- Point of contact for airlines, handlers, authorities and other external parties such as public transport companies and Government officials- Key point for the internal organisation when reconciling policy and capacity issues with daily operations.

-Responsible for a safe and punctual handling of approx. 300 departing and arriving aircraft at Schiphol Airport.-Approximatly 40.000 passengers per day handled by 2.000 employees on duty.- Direct Manager for KLM Duty Area Managers and supervisors in the Hub Control Center of KLM at Schiphol Airport.

-Responsible for functional leadership and coordination of all passenger- and aircraft handling in one of three Handling units of KLM -Accountable for safe and on-time departures of KLM and third party aircraft.

Schiphol Airport And Den Helder Airport

-Responsible for coordination of all handling activities such as providing flight plans and ground handling for private jets; crew-, flight- and load planning and aircraft handling for offshore Helicopters, fuel supply for cargo aircraft B707, DC8 and various smaller types of aircraft.
