Responsible for the quality verification of mechanical installation.Reading and interpreting details of mechanical drawings.Perform preparatory, initial and follow up inspection to ensure project meets specific requirements.Submit reports concerning Mechanical QC to QCMMonitor, verify and record field test and inspectionConverse with the team and/or client to resolve mechanical issues.

Prepare plans, drawings and detailed estimates for the projects inside campus concerning mechanical issues such as sewer and plumbing lines, air conditioning and other related works.Design project plans, schematics, layout and details of mechanical issues. Calculate heat load and design to properly install air conditioners.Prepare detailed procurement list for pipes and fittings, air conditioning units and other mechanical aspects.Translate mechanical designs in drawings using autocad.Project inspection and assuring the quality in project construction. Assuring the safety of workforce in project construction.

•Prepare proposal plans for the U.S. Government projects which include bill of quantities (BOQ) for mechanical issues such as distribution line water pipes, collector lines, HVAC related works and others.•Design project plans, schematics, layout and details of mechanical issues such as sewer line, water supply line, valve box, hydrant line, lifting station, fuel line, water tanks, septic tanks, fuel tanks.•Design HVAC including heat load calculation, chiller/compressor size, air handling unit size, duct system, open and close system piping (for chilled water type) and cooling tower. •Prepare mechanical scope of works (SOW) for sub-contractors.•Prepare detailed procurement list for pipes and fittings, tanks, pumps, HVAC and other mechanical aspects.•Translate mechanical designs in drawings using autocad.•Assuring the quality in project construction. •Assuring the safety of workforce in project construction. •Converse with the clients if necessary.
