Emergency Orders Analyst: In addition to the Warranty Claim Analyst I was in charge of placing Emergency Orders to our suppliers in Germany, Japan, USA, Brazil. Also in charge of implementing a Door-to-Door system with all of these suppliers and Canada. Warranty Analyst: To process all warranty claims and to issue a monthly report. Dealers Credits Auditing and to inform the management any possible deviation. Making contact with the Corporation and other countries to check warranty polices & procedures. To prepare a DPTV report.
