Take action to resolve customer services issues, deal with customer complaints and promptly provide a resolution.Review and add patient information into a database, pre-register patients on the Hospital Meditech System and send the online form to patients to complete and update their personal and financial (medical insurance cover) information. Verify scanned Health Records, ensuring all data is updated accordingly.Managing patient accounts and maintaining financial records such as invoicing, processing payments (cash, card payments either in person or over the phone and cheques), reconciliation reports (daily cash reconciliation, unbilled report, accounts on hold, etc) and assisting patients with any question or issues with their accounts and solving the issues with their accounts.Running reports to identify shortfalls, analyzing accounts to identify errors, and working with departments and stakeholders to resolve inaccuracies. Also, liaise with the different teams responsible for charges to correct billing issues and re-invoice within the timescale to avoid revenue becoming unrecoverable.

As a porter I have performing a variety of functions and tasks to maintain smooth functioning of busy environments while ensuring outstanding patient care.While working in this position I was responsible to provide support to the different departments (taking and directing patients and visitors, making phone calls) as well as security services such as close and lock the building.
