* Perform sales management activities in Panama, Colon and Panama Oeste* Investigate additional opportunities for product placement and / or sales through a relationship with new and existing customers, influencers in the purchase and decision makers in each business segment* Achieve established goals and objectives according to the company's policies,* Provide a personalized service to the client,* Visit to stores / clients,* Branch Administration:o Daily sales report, data analysis, cross marketing suggestions, quarterly sales budget and sales proposals,

 Fields inbound contacts (voice/email, etc) for both internal and external customers. Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards. Responsible for pre-sales and/or post-sales service to customers. Facilitates customer order fulfillment. Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution. Provides direct product/service advice and guidance to customers. Facilitates the escalation of equipment returns, replacement, sales orders and delivery schedules.

-Listens and responds appropriately in all customer interactions.-Manage customer relationships; performing the full range of customer service functions.-Uses common courtesy and discretion to achieve customer loyalty.-Troubleshoot and communicate technical answers clearly and concisely.-Takes accountability for and resolves all customer issues and follows up when appropriate.-Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell

-Recibir, examinar, clasificar, codificar y efectúar el registro contable de documentos.-Revisar y comparar lista de pagos, comprobantes, cheques y otros registros con las cuentas respectivas.-Archivar documentos contables para uso y control interno.-Elaborar y verificar relaciones de gastos e ingresos.-Transcribir información contable.-Revisar y verificar planillas de retención de impuestos.-Revisar y realizar la codificación de las diferentes cuentas bancarias.-Recibir los ingresos, cheques nulos y órdenes de pago asignándole el número de comprobante.-Totalizar las cuentas de ingreso y egresos y emite un informe de los resultados.-Participar en la elaboración de inventarios.-Transcribir y accesar información.-Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad integral, establecidos por la organización.-Mantiener en orden equipo y sitio de trabajo, reportando cualquier anomalía.-Elaborar informes periódicos de las actividades realizadas.-Realizar cualquier otra tarea afín que le sea asignada.
