Support IBM GTS Regional Delivery Project Executives (DPE) ensuring service performance analytics are accomplished in the South Florida region and overseeing several Local IT operations for a Remote Country Program in Caribe, Central America, Bolivia, Ecuador and Uruguay LATAM , all in-scope for a global contract for IT Transformation with IBM.Previously worked as lead for Y&R Group and Head Quarters LATAM Transition and Transformation Phases in the Miami office managing an ample scope of IT services, Security and Resiliency compliance managing their data center and desk-side support.

As the Regional Lead for Burson-Marsteller LATAM and IT Manager for the rest for the companies in Miami, I’ve had the opportunity to work for the HQ Senior Management reporting directly to Regional CFOs and WWCIOs. My additional responsibilities as Regional Lead were to Plan, Deploy and Supervise several projects for 8 Corporate offices and 3 Affiliates in different countries across Latin America with an average of 400 employees regionally – this in addition to the Y&R Group Miami operation (3 Companies with an average of 150 employees) and 3 offices is US for Bravo US Hispanic Market Advertising.

Supervised I.T. Professionals managing local operations in different countries (3 reporting directly and 5 indirectly) to provide support with corporate initiatives that included but were not limited to the listed below:• Regional assessment of technology platforms traveling across LATAM offices.• Integration to the Corporate Active Directory model.• Telecommunications expansion and upgrades to support the WAN model (VPN Mesh) and Video Conference.• Supervising growing operations moves or consolidating them with other companies.• Interacting with other Technology Regional leaders part of the LATAM group looking for synergies to consolidate Datacenters per country.• Analysis and Reduction of costs controlling Budgets and improving IT Op-Ex and Cap-Ex for the local operation and reporting to Regional Finance and Global IT senior management.• Enforcing Sarbanes Oxley IT Controls and supporting the operations in-scope through internal or external Audits.• Implemented a cost-effective Unified Communications approach for the HQ office to communicate with branches across LATAM in the absence of a corporate initiative or budget to implement IP Telephony Regionally.
