A Facilities coordinator is responsible for planning and executing events, ensuring that they run smoothly and meet the needs of all meeting hosts. The job involves working closely with meeting hosts, and vendors to ensure that event objectives are met on time. The coordinator must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Other duties may include troubleshooting Audio/Video equipment, securing event space using Resource Scheduler Software, and coordinating event logistics such as room set-ups and catering. A successful coordinator will have a strong attention to detail and be able to balance competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and customer focus.

Receives and processes all email requests to the Facilities Department for Service requests for Sutter Health System Office (SHSO) locations. Responsible for all facilities-related duties for on-boarding and off-boarding of Sutter System Office staff. Maintains seating plans and master cut sheets. Processes all individual and small group badge card requests, including coordination with CPCs, employees, and other Facilities Technicians. Updates and maintains all building signage in coordination with the Operations Coordinator, including public, HR, and safety-committee boards.
