Consulted directly with customers at their sites, moderated forums for customer inquiries and on call support for critical systems.Provided technical services for the SAP Mobile Platform, Advantage Database Server and the SQL Anywhere Database Server including direct interaction with partners as well as providing backend support for other employees in the company.Worked closely with Agile Development Teams to improve their knowledge of customer issues, analyze and debug product issues, develop code for new features and provide QA for new software releases which in turn increased customer satisfaction and reduced the number of incidents needing to be routed to development.Provided sustaining engineering for the Advantage Database Server as well as the development of new features.Developed and facilitated training for technical summits for partners as well as new employees and inters.Developed and maintained multiple internal and external tools. Including the Advantage Support website, a partner self-service licensing portal, internal scheduling system and a variety of tools for marketing, sales and support.
